Rates

The condo is usually offered on a weekly (seven night) rental basis, but sometimes we have shorter gaps between rental periods, in which case you're of course welcome to rent the condo for this shorter period.

You can start your seven night rental on any day of the week, and you can extend your rental day by day beyond the initial seven nights.

Discounts are offered for extended stays :

• 5% discount when your rental exceeds one week
• 10% discount when your rental exceeds two weeks
• 20% discount when your rental exceeds three weeks
• Rates are for up to four guests. Extra guests can be accommodated for an extra $5/night.

Rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii room tax.

If you stay five or fewer nights, a $90 cleaning fee applies.

We ask for a two week minimum stay if your stay includes Christmas or New Year.

Check in time is after 3pm, and check out time is 11am.

Maid service during your stay is not included or provided. If you would like extra cleanings, we suggest you call directly to our maid service and they'll be pleased to provide any and all extra services.

Deposit

We ask for a $200 deposit, increasing to $400 during the Christmas season or if staying longer than two weeks. Your deposit will be promptly refunded after you leave, assuming there is no damage or missing items, and we don't need any extra cleaning of the condo.

Reservations are only guaranteed once deposit monies have been received and we send you a written confirmation.

Payment

Payment, in US funds, is due 45 days prior to your arrival.  Christmas season bookings are due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Prices quoted include a discount for cash/check payment.  If you'd prefer to pay by credit card, our standard price would apply, which is 3% higher, and if paying by credit card, we ask for payment 60 days prior.

Cancellation

There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received more than 45 days in advance (regular season) or 60 days in advance for Holiday Season booking.

If you need to cancel in less than this period, we will make a partial refund of the extra money received from you depending on whether we are able to re-rent the condo for the period you had reserved.

Other Notes

Please note that the Maui Treasure condo is a non-smoking unit (smokers are asked to please use the lanai).

We do not accept parties exclusively comprising people under 25.

We do not allow pets (and note there can be issues when bringing animals to Hawaii from the mainland).

Elevators are not available at our condo complex.
